Katherine Mandarano is a rising 2L at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she is pursuing a certificate in Cybersecurity and Crisis Management. Katherine graduated magna cum laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a double major in political science and religious studies. She is specifically interested in the intersection of national security and cybersecurity law and is looking forward to working on a variety of issues at the FCC this summer.
