CLE: Generative AI: Issues, Challenges, and Opportunities for Media Lawyers

The FCBA Media Committee and the Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Machine Learning Committee will co-sponsor a CLE on Monday, June 10, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET entitled Generative AI: Issues, Challenges, and Opportunities for Media Lawyers.  This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

The FCBA will apply for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar.  This program has not yet been approved.

FCBA no longer offers CA MCLE credit to attendees.  If you wish to obtain CA credit, you must apply for it on your own.  FCBA will, however, provide a generic certificate of attendance that may be used.  Please click here for more information on the CA Bar Standards for MCLE Activity Approval and Requirements.

12:05 – 1:00 p.m.         Regulatory Challenges and Developments from Generative AI

The first part of the program will include a panel of subject matter experts that will set the stage for what we mean by “generative AI” and discuss the general regulatory framework and emerging legal issues surrounding generative AI.
