FCBA Foundation Law Scholarship

Sarah Joy Caster is a rising 3rd-year J.D. candidate at the University of Colorado Law School. With strong support from mentors, professors, and classmates, she has developed her interests in technology law, communications policy, and emerging space operations into a clear professional identity. In law school, she has served as Vice President of the Space Law Society, facilitating connections between Colorado and national commercial space law leaders and students through career panels and events. She also actively participates in Silicon Flatirons, including co-authoring the 2025 Sustaining Space as a Resource Conference Outcomes Report under the excellent guidance of Keith Gremban. This summer, Sarah Joy will intern at the FCC’s Space Bureau, Satellite Programs and Policy Division, where she is eager to contribute to initiatives that promote innovation, competition, and public interest in commercial space and satellite communication.
