Sam Dodson is a rising second-year at the University of Colorado Law School, interested in telecom and spectrum policy. By serving as a research assistant this past academic year, he explored and analyzed legislative history behind certain FCC and ITU regulations. Sam is eager to learn more about technology law, emerging technologies, and compliance challenges. He is excited to serve in Commissioner Trusty’s office in the summer of 2026 and gain experience within regulatory frameworks.
