Olaide Lemoru is a first-generation Nigerian American and rising 3L at The George Washington University Law School. She earned her B.A. in Sociology, Health & Human Services, and African American Studies from the University at Buffalo. Before law school, she worked at New York City’s Department of Social Services, where she helped provide free legal aid to tenants facing eviction. Passionate about service and advocacy, Olaide developed an interest in net neutrality and telecommunications, driven by a desire to expand internet access. Through the FCBA’s Tech, Media, and Telecommunication (TMT) Pipeline Program, she explored media policy and recently served as a Spring 2025 intern at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Media Bureau. Olaide is committed to using the law to promote justice and equity. Her faith in Christ and close-knit family continuously ground and inspire her journey.
