McKenzie Jackson

McKenzie Jackson is a graduating senior at McKinley Technology High School and will attend Spelman College. She’ll study Health Science with a concentration in public health and International Studies. Currently, McKenzie works as an apprentice in business operations at Amazon Web Services. As a peer educator for Children’s Hospital Youth Advisory Board, she dedicates her time to educating and raising awareness about HIV. McKenzie also serves as a youth philanthropist with the Black Girl Freedom Fund, where she helps distribute $1 million annually to support Black gender-expansive youth non-profits. With a passion for healthcare accessibility, McKenzie’s ultimate goal is to establish her own affordable healthcare clinic to serve and give back to her community. Her diverse experience in technology, healthcare education, and philanthropy positions her well to achieve this ambitious vision.
