Mary Elizabeth Barrow is a rising 3L at the University of Colorado Law School and a proud Tulane University alum. She serves as Class President for the Class of 2026 and is an active member of the Silicon Flatirons Student Group. Her work focuses on technology and telecommunications law, with a growing specialization in space law and AI regulation. She has represented Colorado Law in both the Jessup and Manfred Lachs International Moot Court Competitions. This summer, she will be interning in Washington, D.C. with the Consumer Federation of America’s AI department, contributing to policy research and advocacy on emerging technologies.
