Jared Vallejos is a rising 3L at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Jared is the incoming President of the Law and Technology Student Association and current Vice President of CUA’s Space Law Society. He is a member of the Law and Technology Institute, pursuing a certificate in communications and data privacy law, and hopes to work at the FCC addressing issues emerging from the proliferation of LEO satellites after graduating. Prior to attending law school, Jared attended the College of William & Mary then gained experience in a wide array of roles that included being the Director of Business Development for a startup and designing video surveillance IP security solutions for a variety of customers. This past semester, Jared was a Legal Intern for the FCC’s Mobility Division and looks forward to continuing to support the Division in crafting thoughtful, forward-looking policies this summer.
