Ellie Bailey is a rising 3L at William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia. Prior to law school, she graduated from Davidson College where she studied Political Science with a minor in Spanish. She currently serves as President of the William & Mary chapter of the American Constitution Society and is a member of the Moot Court Team. Before attending law school, she gained valuable professional experience interning for Senator Mark Warner on Capitol Hill and at Monument Advocacy, a government relations firm. Most recently, she externed in the office of FCC Commissioner Anna M. Gomez. This summer, she returns to the FCC to join the Wireline Competition Bureau as part of the Telecommunications Access Policy Division. As the third generation in her family to work in telecommunications, she is committed to building a career in public service and advancing telecommunications policy that benefits all Americans.
