Angela Chung

FCBA Foundation Scholarship

Angela Chung is a rising 3L at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in International Comparative Studies. Before law school, Angela researched how AAPI communities are uniquely affected by social media mis/disinformation. This catalyzed her desire to improve the quality and accessibility of information online. Angela has since immersed herself in experiences at the intersections of technology, media, and law. At Berkeley, Angela is the Senior Online Editor of California Law Review, President of Mass Media at Berkeley Law, Co-Founder of the Freedom of Information Advocates, and outgoing Co-President of APALSA. She was the first ever Free Speech & Tech Legal Intern for TechFreedom and has externed with NPR’s Office of the General Counsel. This summer, she will be a summer associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in their Internet Strategy & Litigation practice group.
