The 2026 FCBA Annual Seminar will be held at the Hotel Hershey on May 15-17, 2026. We are planning what promises to be an outstanding program filled with the latest information on telecom issues and great networking opportunities.

Program and Sponsorship

The Annual Seminar features programming filled with the latest information on telecom issues and great networking opportunities. As always, FCBA welcomes a wide range of stakeholders from both the government and private sector.

There are several sponsorship options available. Gold Sponsors will receive two (2) complimentary registrations, and Silver Sponsors will receive one (1) complimentary registration. In addition, there are special event opportunities. Click here for further details.

If you are signing up on behalf of a member, sign in using their credentials (username and password).

*Purchasing a sponsorship will not automatically register anyone. It simply indicates to FCBA that your organization is sponsoring the event. At this time, you do not need to determine who will be using the complimentary registration(s). Elina Gross will contact you separately for this information. IF YOU ARE A PLATINUM SPONSOR, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP TO SPONSOR AGAIN. We will contact you for further information.

THE FCBA SPECIAL GROUP RATE WILL ONLY BE GUARANTEED THROUGH MONDAY, APRIL 6. After this date, it is likely that the room rates will increase.

The room rate is $409 per room, per night, plus tax. There are no resort or parking fees.

Saturday Afternoon Golf

Participate in the golf outing and enjoy an afternoon at the Hershey Country Club, a private, year-round destination for Members of all ages – steeped in a rich history and destined for a sweet tomorrow. Designed by Maurice McCarthy in 1930, the West Course is a traditional, yet ever-enjoyable course. Enjoy sweet, bird’s-eye views of the town of Hershey as you play your way through a leisurely day of golf. The West Course requires all 14 clubs, making it great practice for golfers of all skill levels.

Saturday Afternoon Activity

Spend your afternoon experiencing Chocolate World and the famous trolley ride through the town of Hershey. Start off with the ever-popular Create Your Own Candy Bar experience. Next join your conductor on an in-depth sightseeing and chocolate-tasting journey throughout Hershey of today and years past. As you learn about the life of Milton Hershey, you'll visit all the historical sites in the town he created, from his birthplace and the original HERSHEY’S Chocolate factory to the famous HERSHEY’S KISSES streetlights and his historic home, Highpoint Mansion. After the tour, you are able to learn how tropical cocoa beans become world-famous HERSHEY’S Chocolate on our chocolate factory tour ride.
