Interested first-year law students with an interest in TMT (Telecommunications, Media, & Technology) Law and Policy at ABA-accredited law schools are encouraged to apply. For more information, students should review the student packet and attend the Student Informational Session.
Application Milestones
Interested first year law students attending an ABA-accredited law school should submit their completed applications for the Program during the application window — Monday, November 1 to Wednesday, December 1, 2026. .

Attendance and Requirements
- Name of Applicant and contact information
- Academic information (college and law school)
- How did you learn about the program and/or were you directed to the Pipeline Program by a particular law firm, association or company?
- Resume (including academic/work experience, extracurriculars and awards or honors)
- Law school transcript, preferably with first semester grades (unofficial is acceptable)
- Personal statement of up to 500 words; please address one or more of the prompts:
- Please explain why you are interested in TMT law and policy
- Please explain how selecting you will further the goals of the TMT Pipeline Program
- Please write a statement based on the topic of your choice
- Writing sample (1L legal writing sample is preferred)
- Acknowledgement of the following that:
- You agree to participate in the TMT Law & Policy Certificate Program
- You agree with the FCBA’s Privacy Policy
