Director, Regulatory Affairs – CTIA-The Wireless Association is seeking a Director to join its Regulatory Affairs team in our Washington, D.C. office. The Director will work with the team to promote the wireless industry’s positions on Federal regulatory policy issues. The Director will help the team monitor regulatory activity; develop advocacy materials for the FCC and other federal agencies, including comments, letters, and presentations; conduct research on precedent, laws, and policy initiatives; and coordinate with CTIA members and outside counsel.

Who You Are
We’re looking for an attorney with excellent written communication and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated commitment to collaboration. Applicants should have a J.D. and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in communications law. The ideal candidate for this role will have an interest in wireless communications policy and be excited about the opportunity to learn about regulation affecting the industry alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.

CTIA is currently operating on a hybrid work schedule with in-person requirements on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with in-person requirements on other days on an as necessary basis.
The annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$205,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
