The FCC’s Office of General Counsel, Administrative Law Division, seeks to fill the supervisory position of Deputy Associate General Counsel.  The ideal candidate for this position would possess experience in one or more of the following: federal appropriations law; federal procurement law, including bid protests; providing legal advice on complex FCC programs involving significant federal funds, such as the Universal Service Fund or spectrum auctions; or providing oral and written advice and legal‑sufficiency reviews across a wide range of administrative law matters, including interpretation of statutes, executive orders, regulations, guidance, and precedent.  The work of this team supports multiple FCC programs which provide subsidies for bridging the digital divide and generate billions of dollars for the U.S. Treasury, as well as multi-million dollar procurements for IT initiatives and program administrators.  The position involves interacting with senior leadership at all levels of the FCC.  This position is at the GS-15 level, and reports to the Associate General Counsel (who is Chief of the Administrative Law Division). OGC’s Administrative Law Division offers interesting and challenging work in a collegial environment.
