Topic: Planes, Trains and Automobiles II: Spectrum Needs and Solutions for Drones and Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.  The program will address meeting the spectrum needs for these emerging technologies and relevant FCC proceedings, including a walk-through of the brand-new FCC NPRM on Making Available License Spectrum for Unmanned Aircraft Use.  The program will feature two panels.
