Topic: Surfing the Waves: A Beachside Chat with Adam Candeub, General Counsel, Federal Communications Commission
The FCBA Florida Chapter is hosting a “beachside” chat with FCC General Counsel Adam Candeub on June 18, 2026 with both in-person and virtual attendance options. We will open by “surfing the waves” of spectrum policy during the first segment. Next, since Florida is home to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, the second segment will discuss satellite permit reform and recent FCC rulemakings aimed at promoting a competitive and innovative space-based global telecommunications marketplace. Lastly, the third segment will explore recent FCC rulemakings aimed at improving access to critical communications infrastructure and unleashing deployment across the country.
