CLE Seminar: Privacy Litigation Developments and Trends

The FCBA Privacy and Data Security Committee will sponsor a CLE on Thursday, May 1, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET entitled Privacy Litigation Developments and Trends.  The program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

The FCBA will apply for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar.  This program has not yet been approved.

Data privacy lawsuits are growing in volume and complexity.  This panel will discuss various privacy litigation trends, including lawsuits related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), website tracking technologies, and biometrics, among others.
