FCBA Annual Luncheon featuring DAAG William Rinner

The FCBA will be holding a luncheon in conjunction with its annual meeting on Wednesday, June 18.  The program will include announcement of the FCBA election results and recognition of FCBA Foundation scholarship and internship awardees, followed by remarks from William (Bill) Rinner, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Head of Merger Enforcement, Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.  The luncheon will be held at the Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC.

Guests may arrive at 11:40 a.m. and the luncheon will begin at Noon.

*For an Organization Table of 10, there is no need for guests to register separately.  FCBA does not need a list of table guests, and there will be no physical tickets or check-in for this event.

William (Bill) Rinner serves as Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Head of Merger Enforcement.  Before re-joining the Antitrust Division, he was Senior Regulatory Counsel at Apollo Global Management, Inc., and was responsible for overseeing antitrust and various other regulatory matters.  From 2017-2020, Bill served at the Antitrust Division first as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General, and subsequently as Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel.  Earlier in his career, Bill practiced antitrust law at two major national firms.  After law school, he clerked for Hon. Richard Posner of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  He received a J.D. from Yale Law School, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
