The FCBA Cybersecurity Committee will sponsor a CLE on Monday, December 16, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET entitled Updates on Cybersecurity Incident Response Rules and Challenges. This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.
Topics will include an update on cybersecurity incident response rules recently implemented by Federal and state regulators and others that are still pending. A discussion on the Solarwinds litigation and future risks for companies will also be addressed. More to come!
The FCBA will apply for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar. This program has not yet been approved.
