Panelists will discuss how current telecom regulatory trends, AI, and other emerging technologies are influencing tech deals and their approach to those deals. This conversation will focus on some of the new kinds of transactions and policy issues that technology M&A lawyers currently handle in light of the growth of emerging technologies as well as insights from their work with the FCC, FTC, national security bodies (such as CFIUS), and international authorities.
