AGENDA

The modern media marketplace is complex and changing, with dozens of topics top of mind for programmers and regulators alike. One of the most complex topics? Advertising. One year from the 2026 midterms, the countdown to political advertising is already underway. Outside of political advertising, broadcasters and other programmers face complexities ranging from Foreign Sponsorship ID requirements, to potential changes in pharmaceutical ad regulations, to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) developments.

Featuring expert panelists from across the communications, regulatory, and media landscape, this CLE will examine advertising requirements and developments that can impact broadcasters and the modern media marketplace.
