The FCBA Engineering and Technical and Wireless Telecommunications Committees will co-sponsor a CLE on Tuesday, June 30, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET entitled Federal Spectrum Reallocation: Mastering the Process. This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.
As NTIA and the FCC work to identify and reallocate a significant amount of federal spectrum, this CLE will feature a deep dive into the reallocation process under the Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act (CSEA). The panels will discuss each step of the process, including timelines, key activities, the role and function of the CSEA Technical Panel, OMB and congressional touchpoints, agency considerations, and examples of how the process works in practice.
