As NTIA and the FCC work to identify and reallocate a significant amount of federal spectrum, this CLE will feature a deep dive into the reallocation process under the Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act (CSEA), including the band study process, and the policy considerations for the future of the Spectrum Relocation Fund (SRF).

1:05 – 2:00 p.m. The CSEA: From Tech Panel to Band Studies – How the CSEA Works in Practice
NTIA representatives will discuss the statutorily mandated process for spectrum reallocation. The panel will discuss the various steps in the process and the practical implementation, the role the technical panel plays in the process and how it operates, and the band study process in practice. This panel will leave practitioners with a deeper understanding of the federal process that precedes reallocation from the NTIA experts currently engaged in the process.
