CLE Seminar: FCC Year in Review

The FCBA Judicial Practice Committee will sponsor a CLE on Tuesday, July 15, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET entitled FCC Year in Review.  This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

Join the Judicial Practice Committee as we look back at the key FCC litigations over the past year and look ahead to what those changes mean for the industry. 

The first panel of this CLE will include two speakers from the FCC and focus on the major telecommunications litigations and proceedings that occurred – or are pending – in 2024 and 2025, including Consumers’ Research, the forfeiture cases, Open Internet, and yes, Loper Bright.

The second panel will cover the impact and implications of several of these rulings and the possible challenges that may arise in the future as a result.
