AGENDA
This two-hour CLE program will examine the FCC’s evolving enforcement landscape in a post-Jarkesy world. The program will explore the implications of Jarkesy for the FCC’s forfeiture authority and administrative enforcement processes, as well as the potential impact of the Supreme Court’s pending decision in FCC v. AT&T on the Commission’s authority and enforcement tools.
