The FCBA will apply for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar. This program has not yet been approved.

The panel will discuss the unique challenges of cybersecurity in the space segment, and review legal and policy developments, including the designation of space as a critical infrastructure sector, the Office of the National Cyber Director’s 2024 space industry report, and NIST guidance.
