This presentation and fireside chat will survey the rapidly developing landscape of AI related litigation affecting the media industry by walking through key lawsuits to highlight trends and examine the legal theories driving these claims. This conversation will also delve into deepfake media and IP-related AI litigation.
2:00 – 3:00 p.m. The New Frontier: AI, Media Content, and Newsrooms: This panel will explore the opportunities and challenges faced by media content generators and newsrooms in an AI-powered era.
