AGENDA
AI is rapidly reshaping the emergency communications ecosystem in the U.S. — from 911 call handling to emergency alerting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure resilience. As AI tools move from pilot programs to operational deployment, policymakers and industry stakeholders face legal, regulatory, and governance questions. This program will examine the operational and legal opportunities and challenges with adapting AI into 911 and emergency alerting systems.
