The Law & Technology Institute and the Moot Court Association of the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, together with the Federal Communications Bar Association are pleased to announce that the 32nd Annual National Telecommunications and Technology Moot Court Competition will be held at CUA Law on Friday, February 6, and Saturday, February 7, 2026.
This year’s competition seeks attorneys to serve as Briefs Judges and Oral Arguments Judges. Brief Judges will receive submitted briefs on or around Tuesday, January 20th, and they will be due back on Wednesday, February 4th. A score sheet provided by the Committee will guide Briefs Judges in grading the briefs and allocating points.
Oral Arguments Judges are needed for the competition rounds on both the evening of Friday, February 6th and the morning/afternoon of Saturday, February 7th. Oral Argument Judges will be provided with a Bench Memo before the competition to assist them prepare for the event.
