Associate Attorney – Telecommunications Law Professionals, a collegial communications boutique law firm located in downtown DC, is seeking a full time associate with between 1-4 years work experience. Tasks will include, among others, reviewing and summarizing FCC orders for clients, drafting and reviewing comments in rulemaking proceedings, research and writing in litigation matters, transactional work and related matters. Currently, the firm is using a hybrid work schedule with three days in office and two days remote.
Must have JD, 1-4 years of legal experience, and be licensed to practice/in good standing in DC or in another jurisdiction with the ability to waive into DC. Prior telecommunications work experience or study preferred. Please submit a resume and cover letter to awise@tlp.law to be considered.
