The Wireline Practice Committee will host a CLE on the implementation of the FCC’s broadband Lifeline rules.  The CLE will consist of two panels.  First, representatives of the FCC, USAC, and a state public service commission will present the regulatory perspective on the changes to the program and the status on implementing the new structures envisioned in the order, including the National Lifeline Eligibility Verifier.  Second, a panel of industry and consumer stakeholders will discuss how the implementation of the program is progressing and is expected to continue to progress.
