Description: This panel will explore best practices for mentors and mentees in order to make the most of their mentoring relationship. Mentors and mentees will learn how to set expectations and objectives for their relationship, track progress, and assist one another in career growth. The panel also will address how to maintain a mentoring relationship while meeting remotely and how mentors can best support attorneys of color.
