The FCBA Mass Media and Video Programming & Distribution Committees will co-sponsor a CLE on Thursday, January 27 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET entitled Broadcast Ownership and Diversity: Current Rules and Perspectives on the Future.  This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

The FCBA has applied for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar.  This program has not yet been approved.

Members of FCC staff will provide an overview of the existing radio and television ownership rules; the outcome of the Supreme Court’s decision in FCC v. Prometheus Radio Project; and the pending Public Notice updating the record in the 2018 Quadrennial Review proceeding.
