The FCBA Wireless and International Committees will jointly sponsor a CLE on Thursday, May 4 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET entitled The 2023 World Radiocommunication Conference: Looking Ahead.  This program will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

The FCBA will apply for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit from the VA Bar.  This program has not yet been approved.

The seminar will include a discussion among stakeholders and Delegation members preparing for WRC-23 on the proposed agenda, what key issues will be addressed, and the potential impacts of the Conference results on the spectrum policy agenda in the USA.
