In this first panel, we will feature discussions with expert engineering minds to help teach some of the foundational scientific principles behind spectrum management.  The discussion will focus on issues related to interference, traffic management and spectrum sharing, and generally explore how spectrum is used for diverse government and commercial operations.

During this second panel, legal and policy experts will address the evolution of spectrum management and today’s hottest topics in the space.  How have the approaches to spectrum allocation and assignment evolved?  How have technological advancements spurred new interest in different spectrum bands?  What actions are being taken by regulators to facilitate development of new technologies like 5G?  What allocation assignment approaches are different stakeholders advocating and why?
