The Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018, or FIRRMA, represents the greatest change to CFIUS practice in decades. The panel will feature prominent CFIUS practitioners and formers members of CFIUS. We will discuss the impact of the new FIRRMA regulations, which are set to become effective February 13, 2020.
