The FCBA International Telecommunications, Wireless Telecommunications, and Engineering & Technical Committees will sponsor a CLE on Thursday, January 23, 3:00-5:20 p.m. entitled “The 2019 World Radiocommunication Conference: What happened and what does it mean for the future?”  The seminar will include keynote remarks from the head of the United States delegation to WRC-19, as well as reflections from Delegation members, and a discussion about the impacts of the Conference results on the spectrum policy agenda in the USA.  This program will be held at Wiley Rein LLP, 1776 K Street, NW, Washington DC.

The panel will feature members of the USA Delegation to WRC-19, representing both government and industry stakeholders, who will discuss what happened on the ground at the conference.  Topics will include the priorities for the US Delegation going into the Conference, what was achieved, items agreed for study ahead of WRC-23, and any surprises or observations based on the proceedings.
