3:15 – 4:10 p.m.         Interference, Unauthorized Transmissions and Field Enforcement: an Overview A panel of FCC Enforcement Bureau staff will discuss FCC enforcement of unauthorized transmissions.  This panel will share their perspectives on FCC field enforcement, the effects of the Field Modernization Plan on detection activities and tips for how to assist with jamming or pirate radio broadcasting.
